Yes. We design and manufacture cylinders according to the customer’s dimensions, pressure requirements, and application. We also provide support in engineering, material selection, and optimization.

Cylinder tubes are manufactured from high-quality steel, using either drawn-over-mandrel or honed tubing depending on the application. Piston rods are chrome plated to improve wear resistance and corrosion protection. Based on the application requirements, we recommend suitable base materials and chrome thicknesses. Seal solutions are always selected according to the operating conditions.

We manufacture hydraulic cylinders for operating pressures ranging from 0 to 450 bar. Special solutions can also be designed for higher pressures, up to 800 bar.

Standard hydraulic cylinders are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks. Delivery times for customized cylinders depend on the scope of engineering and manufacturing. We offer flexible production scheduling and can accommodate urgent requirements.

Yes. We supply spare parts for a minimum of 10 years and provide maintenance services for our hydraulic cylinders. We can also refurbish existing cylinders, although in many cases manufacturing a new cylinder is a more cost-effective solution.
